HOW DO YOU LEARN ABOUT MY BUSINESS?
I have prep work for you to do before our first meeting, which includes sharing your vision and strategy, a customer clarity exercise, and running some key reports. The list is based on what our objectives are for our coaching time.
HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO QUICKLY SEE WHAT MY BUSINESS NEEDS?
It’s my magic. I am able to quickly assess your business based on listening to you. I want to gain an understanding of your vision, clarity on your customer, and business facts based on reports. It all comes together for me to see where the holes are and how we can move your business forward, or simply help train you in the areas you need some guidance.
HOW LONG CAN I WORK WITH YOU?
Every client has different needs. You can work with me as long as you’d like. You can choose hourly coaching calls or a membership program with a minimum investment of 6 months so I am able to really dig into your business, and it gives us a chance to implement some strategies and course correct where necessary.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional quality and value. To maintain our commitment to excellence, we do not offer refunds. We believe this allows us to focus fully on delivering an amazing experience for you.
DO YOU GUARANTEE RESULTS?
I guarantee that you will have tangible actions from our discussions. You will then need to take it from there and implement those strategies. We will evaluate and course correct from any learnings so we can keep moving your business forward.
WHAT IF MY LEARNING STYLE IS DIFFERENT THAN HOW YOU TEACH?
I absolutely love individuality. And each person sees the world differently and learns differently. My job is to understand how you think and learn, and then cater my teachings to you. I have 35+ years of experience in retail, and more than 20+ years teaching and training, and I take pride in knowing your results are my results, and part of that pride is adjusting my training to my client.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSES I PURCHASE?
You have lifetime access to the courses. I don’t believe in putting a timeline to learning. Sometimes life gets in the way, and I want you to know you have the access when you’re ready. I also believe people often need to hear things more than once, and I encourage my students to watch as many times as they need to. With lifetime access, you are able to get a refresher anytime you need one!
